Role & responsibilities

(1) Assist in conceptualizing and developing product designs aligned with customer requirements.

(2) Coordinate design validation, prototyping, and testing activities.

(3) Ensure adherence to DFM/DFA principles and compliance with ISO/IATF standards.

(4) Prepare and maintain audit-ready design documentation (DFMEA, PPAP, APQP).

(5) Collaborate with sales, purchase, operations, and manufacturing teams for unified workflows.

(6) Support vendor and supplier coordination for design inputs and approvals.

(7) Track and report design KPIs (cycle time, first-pass yield, rework rate).

(8) Mentor junior engineers and ensure role-based conflict-free communication.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in design and development processes.
