Role & responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Service:

•Minimum 3-5 years experience in selling Earth-moving/Construction Equipment Spare parts .(Excavator, Loader , Motorgrader , Dumper Etc,)

•Assisting customers in identifying and selecting the correct spare parts.

•Providing product information, technical support, and recommendations.

•Processing orders, managing returns, and addressing customer inquiries.

•Building and maintaining solid customer relationships.

Inventory Management:

•Maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring sufficient stock levels.

Sales Performance:

•Achieving monthly sales targets.

•Identifying new sales opportunities and developing strategies.

Other Duties:

•Follow-Up and Collection of payments, preparing sales reports, and staying updated on industry trends.

•Collaborating with service technicians and other departments.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with experience in Heavy Construction Equipment,Mining,Earthmoving,

Industry Background from Mining Field Industry/OEM
