Role & responsibilities

- Prepare and develop architectural drawings, layouts, plans, elevations, and sections for residential and commercial projects.

- Coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, and other consultants to ensure smooth project execution.

- Prepare and review working drawings and construction drawings as per project requirements.

- Assist in design development, space planning, and architectural detailing.

- Coordinate with site teams and conduct regular site visits to ensure execution is as per approved drawings and design specifications.

- Review drawings and identify discrepancies or design-related issues during execution.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams.

- Ensure architectural designs comply with applicable building regulations, development norms, and project requirements.

- Assist in preparing presentations, material selections, design concepts, and project documentation.

- Make necessary revisions to drawings based on site conditions and project requirements.

- Maintain proper documentation and records of drawings, revisions, and approvals.
