Key Responsibilities
- Lead LLM, GenAI, Agentic AI & RAG architecture and delivery
- Design MCP, multi-agent workflows & agent memory
- Lead MLOps, Kubernetes & scalable AI inference
- Drive AI evaluation, observability, cost optimization & reliability
- Build multimodal AI solutions across vision, audio & document AI
- Establish Responsible AI, security & governance practices
- Lead and mentor AI/ML, Data & MLOps engineering teams
- Partner with Product, Security, Architecture & Business stakeholders

MLOps
Requirements
- 10+ years in Software / Data / AI
- 5+ years in AI/ML or GenAI
- 3+ years in Engineering Leadership
- 1+ year of production experience with LLM / Agentic AI systems
- Solid hands-on Python and AI architecture experience
- Exposure to EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF / ISO 42001 is preferred
