The AR Associate Trainee will support the Accounts Receivable function in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process. The role involves working on unpaid claims, identifying denials, and coordinating with insurance companies to ensure timely reimbursements. - Review and analyze outstanding insurance claims
- Follow up with insurance companies (calls/portals) for claim status
- Identify and resolve claim denials and rejections
- Work on aged receivables to improve collections
- Maintain accurate documentation of follow-ups
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines
Preferred candidate profile
- Any graduate (Life Science / Commerce preferred)
- Freshers
- Willingness to work in night shifts
