Must-Have:

- Real time industry experience working in Data Science ecosystem, Machine Learning development.

- Experience working on development of end-end AI application at an enterprise level, as well as testing and verifying AI applications

- Robust experience with Python application development

- Expertise in at least one Generative AI and LLM package, preferably Open AI models, otherwise in alternatives

- Experience in prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) & fine-tuning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and AI models for business applications.

- Build predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions using structured and unstructured data.

- Perform data collection, cleansing, preprocessing, and feature engineering activities.





- Develop and evaluate ML models using supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.

- Implement Deep Learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

- Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and scalability.

- Deploy models using MLOps practices and cloud platforms.

- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI technologies.
