Role & responsibilities

We are seekinq a hiqhly skilled and experienced AEP Architect expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), CustomerJoumey Analytics (CJA), and Offer Decisioning Engine (ODE) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible fordesiqninq and implementing solutions that leverage the Adobe Experience platform (AEP ) drive personalized customer experien in siqhts-dnven deason-makinq, and real-bme m This role requires a deep understanding of data architecture, integration, analyfics, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement cross-channel marketinq strategies Design and implementrobustarchitectures forAEP, integrating AJO CJA. and ODE to support personalized marketjnq strateaies. customer iournev analvtics. and real-time offer manaqement. Lead the technical aspects of Adobe solution implementatims, data modeling, data ingestion, and activation orocesses across channels.





Integrate AJO With external activation platforms, ensuring cohesive messaging and engagement syategies across digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and CRM systems.

Collaborate

Wit' marketing, analytics, and IT teams to ensure Adobe solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with company Objectives. Develop and maintaina deep understanding of AEP, AJO, CJA, and ODE capabilities, staying updated current features and best practices. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture Of innovation and continuous improvement. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Adobe projecb, from requirement gathering to soluion design, implementation. and post-launch support Ensure data privacy and compliance standards are met within the Adobe ecosystem Troutleshootand resolve complex technical issues related to Adobe implementations.
