- Greet and seat guests warmly; ensure a pleasant dining experience throughout
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and punch them into the POS
- Serve food and drinks as per brand service standards
- Maintain cleanliness and mise-en-place of assigned sections
- Set up and clear tables promptly between covers
- Answer guest queries on the menu; share recommendations
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service
- Handle guest feedback politely and escalate where required
- Follow all hygiene, grooming and food safety (FSSAI/HACCP) standards
Preferred candidate profile
- Fresher or 6 months to 1 year of experience in a restaurant, QSR, caf or hotel
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred but not mandatory
- Basic English communication; Hindi fluency required
- Pleasant personality, well-groomed, positive attitude
- Willing to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physically fit for standing shifts
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Noida/Delhi NCR
