ob Summary – WALDRICH CNC Surface Grinding Machine

Responsible for operation, setup, precision grinding, maintenance and troubleshooting of WALDRICH CNC grinding machines used for large and heavy components requiring high dimensional accuracy and surface finish.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and set up WALDRICH CNC Surface Grinding Machine.
- Perform precision surface grinding of large/heavy components.
- Set grinding wheels, fixtures, workpiece alignment and machine parameters.
- Perform grinding, dressing and finishing operations.
- Maintain required flatness, parallelism, dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
- Read engineering drawings and understand tolerances.
- Carry out wheel dressing and parameter adjustments.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometer, vernier, height gauge and dial gauge.
- Perform machine alignment and accuracy checks.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and CNC-related issues.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Maintain production and quality records.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
