Serving: Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to the correct tables in a timely manner.
Customer Care: Check on table satisfaction, handle requests or complaints, and clear or reset tables.
Payments: Process cash, credit card payments, or bills using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Required Skills Communication: Clear speaking skills and a friendly, polite attitude.
Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tables and work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with menu items, ingredients, and basic beverage pairings.
Physical Stamina: Comfort standing, walking, and carrying trays for long periods
