Role Description This is a full time VRF Service Engineer position based in Ludhiana, structured as a hybrid role where some work from home is acceptable depending on business needs. The VRF Service Engineer will perform day-to-day service activities including installation support, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of VRF air conditioning systems at customer sites.

Responsibilities include conducting preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing system faults, and ensuring timely repair and technical support for clients and channel partners. The role involves preparing service reports, maintaining documentation of work performed, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure adherence to safety standards and service quality. The engineer will also provide guidance to customers on system operation, support training activities when required, and contribute to continuous improvement of service processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong technical skills in troubleshooting and technical support for VRF and related HVAC systems.




- Candidates should possess practical field service experience, including on-site inspections, commissioning, and coordination with customers and contractors.
- Candidates should possess maintenance & repair skills, with the ability to perform preventive and corrective actions on complex mechanical and electrical components.
- Candidates should possess effective communication abilities for interacting with clients, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC engineering (or a closely related discipline) is preferred.
- Experience with VRF/VRV systems, air conditioning equipment, and relevant safety and compliance standards will be highly beneficial.
- Ability to travel to customer sites as required, manage time efficiently, and work independently in a hybrid setup.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, digital reporting tools) and willingness to learn company-specific service systems.
