As an Application Support Engineer, you will proactively monitor and diagnose issues across various components of essential business systems, collaborating with different teams to maintain system stability and resolve disruptions. You will contribute to the overall efficiency and reliability of business processes by providing solutions to problems and mentoring junior team members. You will also continuously monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize business impact




- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities
- Continuously monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize operational efficiency

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in TIBCO Managed File Transfer (MFT)
- Solid understanding of network protocols and secure data transfer mechanisms
- Ability to analyze logs and system alerts to identify root causes of failures
- Familiarity with integration of managed file transfer solutions within enterprise environments
- Capability to work with cross-functional teams to implement and support file transfer workflows
