About Our Client Our Client is an India Focused venture capital fund with a global presence As a VP/Principal in the team, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to - - Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in venture capital and private equity - Manage and monitor the performance of existing portfolios - Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners - Conduct financial analysis and market research to support investment decisions - Assist in structuring and negotiating investment deals - Prepare investment reports and presentations for internal teams - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals - Stay updated on industry trends and market developments The Successful Applicant A successful VP/Principal should have:

- Experience - Strong deal leading experience with at least 3 years of deal leading post their associate stint. Total of 8 to 12 years of investing experience.
- Education - Has completed their education from a Tier-1 institute in India (IIT/BITS and/or IIM/ISB) - Ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders What's on Offer - Prospect to work in leadership role for a Venture Capital fund in India - Opportunity to work in an India focused investment role
