Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision

- Define and execute the long-term product vision aligned with company goals.
- Build and manage the product roadmap across multiple product lines.
- Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and emerging industry trends.
- Drive product innovation in AI, analytics, automation, and customer experience solutions. Product Management & Execution
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to launch.
- Prioritize product initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with engineering, design, sales, customer success, and marketing teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality product releases.
- Establish product KPIs and track product performance metrics. Customer & Market Focus
- Engage with enterprise customers to gather product feedback and understand evolving business needs.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable product solutions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business,



or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of product management experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS product management.
- Experience working with AI/ML-driven products or analytics platforms.
- Proven track record of scaling products from concept to market success.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Preferred Skills
- Experience in customer experience (CX), survey platforms, or analytics products.
- Understanding of Generative AI and conversational AI applications.
- Exposure to enterprise product integrations and APIs.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
