Role Description: The Brand Manager Volunteer will help shape and strengthen Empowering Tomorrow’s public image and messaging across digital and offline channels. Day-to-day responsibilities may include developing and maintaining brand guidelines, creating and reviewing content for social media and outreach materials, and ensuring consistent visual and verbal identity in all communications. The role also involves collaborating with program leads to promote school outreach initiatives, supporting straightforward campaign planning, and monitoring engagement to suggest improvements.
This is a volunteer role and is fully remote,
offering flexible hours and the opportunity to make a positive impact while gaining branding and communications experience.
Qualifications:
- Branding and marketing: ability to develop brand guidelines, support campaign planning, and maintain consistent messaging across platforms.
- Content and communication: skills in writing, editing, and creating clear, engaging content for social media, presentations, and outreach materials.
- Design and digital presence: familiarity with basic graphic design tools and social media platforms to support visual identity and online engagement.
- Project coordination: strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote setting.
- Collaboration and values alignment: ability to work respectfully with diverse volunteers and partners, with a demonstrated interest in environmental sustainability and youth education.
- Beneficial experience: prior experience in brand management, marketing, communications, or non-profit work is helpful but not required; students and career changers are welcome.
