We are hiring Advisors for our International BPO process. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, understanding customer requirements, providing suitable solutions, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer queries, requirements, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Explain products, services, and offers clearly to customers.
- Identify sales and upselling opportunities and achieve assigned targets.
- Build positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.




- Handle customer concerns and resolve queries effectively.
- Follow process guidelines, company policies, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call-related records.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer issues.
