Location: Downtown building, Gurgaon

Experience: 1+ years

Shift time: 9-6 pm

Digital marketing Experience is must

Key Requirements:

- 1-5 years of experience in Voice Customer Support/Customer Service.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts such as SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or online lead generation.
- Solid upselling and cross-selling skills with a proven ability to drive revenue.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries via voice support channels.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers about digital marketing products and services.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions.
- Meet sales conversion, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM systems.
