? Location: Chandigarh | Work from Office

? Role: Customer Support – Voice Process

? Shift: Rotational US Shifts | Weekends & Holidays as applicable

? Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

? Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome

? SALARY & EARNING POTENTIAL

- In-Hand Salary: ₹20,100 – ₹23,100/month including applicable night shift allowance
- ? Night Shift Allowance: ₹3,000/month
- ? Performance Incentives: ₹3,000 – ₹7,000/month
- ? Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹30,000/month
- ? Double pay on national holidays compensatory off
- ? Cab facility available with ₹1,250 deduction
- ? Mobile Recharge Reimbursement: Up to ₹1,000/month
- ? Referral Bonus: Up to ₹7,500

? WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Handle customer calls and provide effective support
- Understand customer concerns through active listening and effective questioning
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
- Troubleshoot and guide customers through technical issues where required
- Identify sales opportunities and recommend relevant products/services
- Handle objections professionally




- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM systems
- Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet quality, productivity and performance targets
- Maintain solid product and process knowledge

✔️ Comfortable working in rotational US shifts

✔️ Willingness to work from office in Chandigarh
