KPI's

- Conduct Voice & Accent training programs for current hires and existing employees.

- Deliver sessions on pronunciation, grammar, fluency, accent neutralization, and communication effectiveness.

- Assess employee communication skills and identify improvement areas.

- Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to enhance language proficiency and customer interaction skills.

- Develop and update training materials, assessments, and learning resources.

- Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to address communication-related performance gaps.

- Monitor trainee progress and maintain training records, reports, and performance metrics.

- Conduct refresher training and continuous learning initiatives to drive performance improvement.

- Ensure alignment with client communication standards and business requirements.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
