Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise scale windows administration environments to ensure consistent performance availability and alignment with organizational standards for core infrastructure services.
- Operate and maintain linux systems by applying configuration policies monitoring health and addressing incidents swiftly to support mission critical applications across the organization.
- Administer VMWare ESX platforms by configuring hosts clusters and resource allocation to deliver reliable virtualization services for production and test workloads.
- Implement system hardening and patch management routines across windows administration linux and VMWare ESX to reduce security exposure and meet regulatory and internal compliance expectations.
- Monitor system performance capacity and health dashboards proactively identifying bottlenecks and coordinating remediation actions that prevent business disruption.
- Coordinate with application and network teams to troubleshoot complex issues across operating systems virtualization and storage layers ensuring timely restoration of services.
- Document operational runbooks infrastructure diagrams and standard procedures so that support activities are repeatable auditable and easily adopted by peers and recent team members.
- Execute backup and restore strategies across physical and virtual workloads verifying success of jobs and testing recovery scenarios to safeguard business data integrity.
- Apply automation scripts and tools to streamline routine administration tasks reduce manual errors and free time for higher value improvement initiatives.
- Support change management processes by preparing risk aware implementation plans validating changes in nonproduction environments and ensuring successful deployments in day shifts within the hybrid model.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to align infrastructure solutions with project objectives sharing technical insights that enable secure scalable and cost efficient platforms.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities by analyzing incident trends proposing optimization ideas and implementing enhancements that improve reliability and user experience.

Qualifications
- Demonstrate six to ten years of hands on experience in windows administration including user and group management system configuration and enterprise level troubleshooting.
- Show strong proficiency with linux distributions covering service management shell usage system monitoring and configuration of security and performance settings.
- Bring solid experience administering VMWare ESX environments including virtual machine lifecycle management resource pools and integration with storage and backup solutions.
- Exhibit practical knowledge of hybrid work models and remote support practices ensuring dependable collaboration and service delivery during designated day shifts.
- Apply understanding of networking fundamentals such as routing subnets and dns to diagnose interactions between servers virtual machines and connected applications.
- Utilize scripting or automation tools for infrastructure operations as a desirable skill to improve efficiency consistency and auditability of administrative tasks.
- Demonstrate familiarity with enterprise level monitoring backup and patch management tools as a preferred qualification supporting resilient and well governed infrastructure.
