Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Voice Process role based in Bengaluru, offering a compensation of 4.5 LPA with rotational shifts and timings. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer queries, and providing accurate information and support.

Responsibilities include documenting interactions, following standard operating procedures, escalating complex issues when necessary, and ensuring timely resolution. The role also requires maintaining a professional tone, meeting performance targets, adhering to schedules,



and collaborating with team members and supervisors for continuous process improvement. Immediate joiners are preferred for this position.

Qualifications

- Ability to work with basic Hand Tools and understanding of their safe use.
- Foundational Carpentry skills, including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
- Familiarity with Framing techniques for structural or support-related work.
- Experience with Power Tools and knowledge of safety practices while operating them.
- Exposure to Finish Carpentry tasks, focusing on precision and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal communication skills, with clear pronunciation and active listening.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Comfort in handling customer calls, managing stress, and resolving issues professionally.
- Basic computer literacy for using call handling systems and documenting interactions.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior voice process or customer service experience is an advantage.
