We are seeking an experienced VMC Supervisor to oversee VMC machining operations, manpower management, production planning, and quality control activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong shop floor management skills and a proven track record of achieving production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily VMC machine operations and ensure smooth production.

- Manage machine operators and shop floor manpower effectively.

- Plan and monitor production schedules to meet delivery commitments.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and minimize rejection rates.

- Analyze production issues and implement corrective actions.

- Drive implementation of 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Monitor machine utilization and productivity.





- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning departments.

- Prepare daily production reports and MIS.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of VMC machining processes.

- Experience in manpower handling and production planning.

- Understanding of quality control systems and rejection analysis.

- Hands-on experience in implementing 5S and Kaizen activities.

- Good leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a target-driven manufacturing environment.
