Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehouse operations for manufacturing customers. The role involves managing inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, and day-to-day warehouse operations while ensuring high standards of safety, security, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations Management

- Oversee end‑to‑end warehouse workflows (inbound, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, dispatch), manage inventory & equipment to support manufacturing, supervise daily activities for smooth material flow, and implement best practices to boost efficiency, reduce cost and improve service.

Reports &
- Customer Services

- Handle customer complaints, feedback and on‑site customer communication; establish regular reporting routines, submit weekly/monthly warehouse reports & operational analysis, monitor key KPIs (inventory accuracy, on‑time dispatch, productivity, damage ratio) and share MIS reports with management and customers.

Inventory &
- Material Management

- Maintain high inventory accuracy via cycle counts and periodic audits; apply FIFO/FEFO rules where applicable, monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams & customers to avoid stock‑outs and excess inventory, and support VMI‑model material replenishment aligned with production schedules.

Import &
- Customs Compliance

- Ensure full compliance with import regulations, customs documentation and applicable FTWZ / SEZ rules; coordinate with customs brokers,



compliance teams and authorities to complete import clearance smoothly.

Safety, Security &
- Compliance

- Enforce EHS standards for warehouse operations; implement fire‑safety, material‑handling and emergency protocols, and maintain access controls to protect high‑value inventory.

Warehouse Process Design &
- Performance Management

- Participate in warehouse layout planning to optimize space utilization; develop & roll out warehouse SOPs and QC mechanisms, build KPI tracking systems, take ownership of core operational KPIs, and support new warehouse setup, system improvements and operational‑excellence initiatives.

Qualifications

- Experience in handling of Warehouse operation
- Team Handling Experience.
- Detail oriented with excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise good judgement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office e.g. Word, excel and PPT.
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to cope with repetitive or continuous support queries
- Experience working in a fast-paced workplace with multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- More than 10 years’ experience in logistics or warehouse management.
- Experience in warehouse planning.
- Deep understanding of the industry and have resources of logistics service providers.
- Excellent leadership, influencing, organization, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Working experience in logistics/freight forwarding industry is a must
