Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience VMC/HMC setter cum programmer .

- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and engineering drawings

- Strong knowledge of machine setup, alignment, and tool selection

- Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance tasks

- Excellent attention to detail and quality orientation

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Positive communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work efficiently and meet production targets

Roles and Responsibilities

- Setter cum programmer VMC/HMC machines as per job requirements

- Read and interpret technical blueprints and engineering drawings

- Ensure proper alignment, positioning,



and tool selection for machining operations

- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and productivity

- Perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot issues that may arise during production

- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to specifications

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area
