Candidate is required to operate 3 Axis / 5 Axis CNC machines in Tool Room in three shifts for machining of elements of Jig & fixtures , Dies and molds.

Working knowledge of CNC controllers like Mazatrol, Fanuc, Fidia, Grundic.

Minimum qualification - DME/DAE.

Ability to read engineering drawing,Total experience of 3 to 4 years, He should have positive knowledge of cutting tools & cutting parameters, He must have knowledge about the instruments used for inspection and their use

Understanding different CNC machine controllers Operating of CNC machines ( Multiple or individual ) as per requirement.

Loading and setting of job on machine.

Transfer the part programme fro central computer to machine. Machining of job as per ODS /Drawing / sketch / instruction.

Inspection of machined job as per inspection report by using appropriate measuring instrument.

Maintaining 5 S in the shop Involvement in TPM activities. Maintaining the machine logbook. Taking proper care and to maintain Machine and equipments.



Taking proper care of measuring instruments.

Report the non conformance to shop supervisor in time. Ensuring the completion of corrective action in time. To follow safety rules and regulations.

Key Skills for the Role :

Knowledge of CNC controllers.

Knowledge of machining processes.

Knowledge of trigonometric calculations.

Knowledge of cutting tools and cutting parameters and tool life. Knowledge of inspection procedures and measuring instruments.. Knowledge of cutting tool holder and holders and their application. Knowledge of limit , fit and Tolerances Knowledge of surface finish requirements.

Knowledge of machine GAT and its effect on machining quality.

Desired Skills for the Role : Hands on experience in operating CNC & Heavy Conventional machines ( 3 axis & 5 axis ) for machining of Dies / Jigs/Fixtures / Molds etc.
