Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic VLSI Front-End Developer to join our semiconductor design team. The candidate will contribute to the design, development, verification, and implementation of digital VLSI circuits and systems. The role involves working on RTL design, Verilog/SystemVerilog coding, simulation, synthesis, and FPGA/ASIC design methodologies.

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of digital electronics, and VLSI fundamentals, combinational and sequential circuit design, finite state machines, and computer architecture concepts. The ideal candidate should demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to design quality, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a design team.

Freshers with strong academic projects, internships, FPGA implementations, or hands-on experience in RTL design and verification are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

· Strong knowledge of Digital Electronics and VLSI fundamentals

· Good understanding of combinational and sequential circuit design

· Hands-on knowledge of Verilog HDL; SystemVerilog knowledge is an added advantage

· Knowledge of RTL design, simulation, debugging, and waveform analysis

· Understanding of Finite State Machines (FSMs), datapath, and control logic

· Basic knowledge of Computer Architecture and RISC-V concepts

· Understanding of synthesis, timing, and FPGA/ASIC design flow

· Knowledge of digital design concepts such as multiplexers, encoders, decoders, adders, multipliers, counters, registers, and memory interfaces

· Basic understanding of Static Timing Analysis (STA) concepts

· Good debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills

· Strong interest in semiconductor and VLSI technologies

Required Tool Knowledge





· Xilinx Vivado or equivalent FPGA design tools

· ModelSim / QuestaSim or other HDL simulation tools

You need to work on:

· RTL design and coding using Verilog/SystemVerilog

· Design and implementation of digital modules and reusable IP blocks

· Functional simulation and debugging of RTL designs

· Development of testbenches for basic functional verification

· Waveform analysis and identification of design issues

· FPGA implementation and validation of digital designs

· Understanding and supporting synthesis and timing analysis activities

· Working on FSM, ALU, memory, processor, bus, and arithmetic circuit designs

· Contributing to RISC-V processor and digital system development projects

· Collaborating with verification, FPGA, and backend design teams

· Preparing technical documentation for RTL modules, simulations, and project results

· Continuously learning emerging VLSI design methodologies and semiconductor technologies

Qualification

· B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)

· Experience: 0–1 Year

· Freshers are eligible to apply

· Candidates with strong knowledge of Digital Electronics, VLSI, and Verilog HDL are preferred
