We are hiring experienced VKYC Executives to handle customer verification through video calls. The ideal candidate should be confident, presentable, and have strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Video KYC (VKYC) for customers through video calls.
- Verify customer details and documents as per process guidelines.
- Communicate professionally and assist customers during the verification process.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with VKYC procedures.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory.
- 1–5 years of prior Video KYC/VKYC experience required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Work Details
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day
- Shift Window: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Rotational
- Immediate joiners and candidates with relevant VKYC experience preferred.
Languages Required: English Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
