Role Description The Visualizer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune District, responsible for transforming concepts into compelling visual communication. Day-to-day tasks include developing visual ideas from briefs, creating graphic layouts, and producing design concepts for print, outdoor, and digital campaigns.

The role involves working closely with copywriters, designers, and account teams to ensure visuals align with brand guidelines and campaign strategies. The Visualizer will refine and iterate designs based on feedback, maintain consistency across all materials, and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.



The position also includes supporting pitch presentations with mock-ups, storyboards, and visual references.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Visualization skills, including concept development, storyboarding, and the ability to translate ideas into clear visual narratives.
- Candidates should possess Graphics and Graphic Design skills, with proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and an understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Candidates should possess Lighting skills, particularly in creating mood and emphasis within static and agile visuals, and an understanding of visual hierarchy.
- Candidates should possess Drawing skills, including sketching, illustration, and rapid visualization to communicate ideas quickly and effectively.
- Relevant qualifications include a diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, along with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
- Additional beneficial skills include attention to detail, ability to work under deadlines, collaboration in a studio or agency environment, and familiarity with digital and social media formats.
