The brand is built around creating welcoming, child-friendly clinics and making healthcare conversations simple and parent-friendly.

Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to join our team and help build the Hoola Health brand across digital and offline platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for visual design, typography, composition, and branding, along with hands-on expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging visual content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Design social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, presentations, and other brand collaterals.
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions for campaigns.
- Create illustrations, icons, layouts, and other visual assets.
- Maintain consistency across Hoola Health's brand communication.
- Work closely with the marketing, content,



and business teams to understand creative briefs.
- Adapt designs for different digital platforms and formats.
- Support offline branding requirements for Hoola Health clinics and events.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver high-quality work within timelines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, typography, layouts, and visual communication styles.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Visual Design, Graphic Design, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design skills.
- Ability to convert concepts and briefs into compelling visual designs.
- Good understanding of social media and digital content design.
- Robust attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with different teams.
- Good communication and time-management skills.

Good to Have
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Basic knowledge of Figma.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
- Experience in branding and campaign design.
- Experience working with consumer, healthcare, lifestyle, or D2C brands.
