About the Role

We are looking for a creative and versatile Visual Designer who can turn ideas into strong visual communication across digital, social media, branding, marketing, and video.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Graphic Design, Adobe Illustrator, and Video Editing, with the ability to understand a brief, develop creative concepts, and execute polished designs independently.

This is not a role for someone who only knows templates. We are looking for someone who understands design principles, composition, typography, color, visual hierarchy, branding, and creative communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality visual designs for branding, social media, advertising, marketing, and digital platforms.
- Develop creative concepts from briefs and transform ideas into compelling visual content.
- Design logos, brand assets, social media creatives, promotional materials, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Create and edit short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and motion-based content.
- Work with Adobe Illustrator and other relevant Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
- Edit videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and management teams.
- Handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Take feedback positively and make revisions efficiently.
- Stay updated with current design, visual communication, social media, and creative trends.
- Contribute new creative ideas and visual directions to projects.

Required Skills

Essential:

- Strong understanding of Graphic Design fundamentals
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Good knowledge of Video Editing
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to create designs from scratch rather than relying solely on templates
- Good creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand and follow creative briefs

- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines

Portfolio Requirement A portfolio is mandatory. Candidates should submit examples of their best work, particularly in:

- Graphic Design
- Branding / Logo Design
- Adobe Illustrator work
- Social Media Design
- Illustration
- Video Editing / Reels
- Motion Graphics (if available)

Candidates may be asked to complete a short practical design assignment as part of the selection process. Education A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred, but skills and portfolio will be given significant consideration.
