Role & responsibilities

- Welcome and assist VIP guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.

- Escort guests to designated seating or exclusive areas and ensure their comfort.

- Address special requests and guest requirements promptly and discreetly.

- Provide accurate information regarding event schedules, venue facilities, and amenities.

- Coordinate closely with event and operations teams to ensure smooth guest flow.

- Maintain cleanliness, order, and presentation standards in VIP areas.

- Handle guest concerns, disruptions, or emergencies calmly and efficiently.

- Uphold confidentiality and discretion related to VIP guest information.

- Represent the organization with a polished appearance and courteous demeanor at

all times.
