REDS™ is Rubenius's proprietary experiential design system. We create experience centres, innovation hubs, headquarters, retail environments, and immersive brand experiences for leading organisations and institutions.

We are looking for a senior Visual Artist who can transform concepts into compelling visual narratives and create work that communicates ideas with clarity, craft, and impact.

This is a senior individual-contributor role reporting to the Creative Director and working closely with Art Direction and project leads across concept development, visualisation, presentations, and client-facing creative output.

What You'll Own

- Translate early-stage spatial and creative concepts into presentation-ready visual narratives, including concept art, mood boards, mixed-media visuals, and visual compositions.
- Create and maintain client-facing presentations, decks, and brand collateral in Figma, particularly within live pitch and project cycles.
- Composite, retouch, and professionally finish renders and photography using Adobe Photoshop to a high, client-ready standard.
- Integrate Generative AI tools into the creative production workflow for rapid concept variation, visual exploration, direction development, and iteration.
- Establish and maintain a consistently high visual quality across presentations, social content, project collateral, and client-facing materials.




- Work independently while collaborating closely with the Creative Director, Art Direction, and project teams.
- Take ownership of the quality and timely delivery of assigned visual outputs.

What You Need to Bring

- 2 years of professional experience in a high-craft visual production environment such as a design studio, creative agency, architecture/interiors practice, branding environment, or related field.
- Demonstrated ownership of final creative output, rather than purely executional work under an Art Director.
- Mandatory: Production-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, particularly compositing, retouching, image manipulation, and visual finishing.
- Mandatory: Solid working proficiency in Figma, including design and presentation-deck development.
- Mandatory: Demonstrated experience using Generative AI tools as part of a real creative production workflow, beyond basic experimentation or one-off image generation.
- Strong understanding of composition, typography, colour, visual hierarchy, storytelling, and presentation design.
- Strong creative judgement and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple requirements, and deliver within project timelines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.





What Your Application Must Include

Portfolio is a key part of our selection process.

Please submit:

- Three relevant projects demonstrating the journey from initial concept to finished, client-ready visual output.
- At least one project where Generative AI was used as part of the production workflow, rather than only for initial ideation.
- A brief 2–3 sentence explanation describing your GenAI process, including prompting, iteration, refinement, and how the final output was developed.
- Your portfolio / Behance profile along with your updated resume.

Please showcase original work and your actual contribution to each project. Stock-heavy collages or template-based presentations will not provide sufficient evidence of the required skill level.
