Visa Management

- Take the lead on working with Relationships Salesforce teams to encourage students to plan, organize and coordinate their applications for Visa Management purposes
- Assessing student profiles, documentation, higher education application, and overall objectives to help prepare the robust files for Visa Management purposes.
- Carry out detailed Visa Planning sessions with students to provide them with a thorough review of documents, regulatory requirements, source of funds analysis, SOP preparation, and overall execution
- Formulate and validate appropriate and personalized recommendations through conducting detailed due diligence on the source of funds, medical, and essays to support their higher education visa application.
- Collect documentation and process applications at speed; Review and organize document checklists and ensure comprehensive due diligence
- Prepare Visa files in coordination with Relationships Salesforce teams, students, and follow explicit approval channels to execute visa filing processes
