- Guide clients on study abroad options like country, course, and college

- Assess student profile including education, IELTS, budget, and goals

- Suggest suitable universities and visa pathways

- Explain visa rules, requirements, and success chances

- Assist in preparing SOP and interview guidance

- Handle client queries and maintain regular follow-ups

- Convert inquiries into successful admissions and visa approvals

- Collect and verify documents like passport, bank statement, and academics

- Prepare and file visa applications accurately

- Fill online visa forms and upload documents

- Book biometrics, medical, and visa appointments

- Track application status and update clients regularly

- Ensure all documents meet embassy guidelines

- Maintain proper records and organized client files

- Coordinate with universities, embassies, and clients for smooth processing
