We are hiring Visa Counselors to join our team. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to effectively counsel and handle clients regarding visa and immigration processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients regarding various visa and immigration options.

- Understand client requirements and provide suitable guidance.

- Explain visa procedures, eligibility criteria, documentation, and processes.

- Handle client queries through calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.

- Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication.

- Maintain client records and coordinate with the processing team.

- Achieve individual and team targets.

- Build strong and professional relationships with clients.

Candidate Requirements

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in visa counseling, immigration, sales,



or a related field.

- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills can also apply.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good client-handling and interpersonal skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Basic knowledge of visa/immigration procedures will be an advantage.
