We are seeking an experienced Video Editor with strong production capabilities to independently manage the complete video content pipeline — from on-location shoot execution to final post-production delivery. This role is ideal for a professional who combines technical editing expertise with hands-on production experience across diverse industry verticals, including real estate, F&B;, fashion, healthcare, corporate, and e-commerce.

The successful candidate will be comfortable operating across the full production lifecycle — camera operation, lighting, sound, and editing — while also leveraging AI-based tools to enhance efficiency and output quality.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Shoot Execution

- Plan and execute on-location video shoots across varied environments, including studios, corporate offices, retail spaces, and event venues
- Independently operate camera, gimbal, lighting, and audio equipment, coordinating with small crews as required
- Manage shoot logistics, including shot lists, scheduling, and client/talent coordination
- Ensure footage is captured with post-production requirements in mind, including framing, coverage, and audio quality

Post-Production & Editing

- Edit raw footage into polished deliverables, including brand films, product videos, advertisements, testimonials, and social media content
- Deliver content across multiple formats — vertical, horizontal, and square — suited to platform-specific requirements
- Apply color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and caption overlays in line with brand and sector-specific guidelines
- Maintain organized archives of raw footage, project files, and final deliverables
- Deliver time-sensitive content, including short-form social assets, within tight production timelines

AI-Enabled Workflow Optimization

- Utilize AI-based tools for transcription, rough-cut assembly, voice generation, upscaling, and visual enhancement




- Incorporate generative AI platforms (e.g., Runway, Pika, ElevenLabs, Adobe AI tools) to supplement live footage where required
- Maintain transparency regarding AI-generated content to ensure brand and factual accuracy
- Proactively evaluate and recommend emerging AI tools to improve production efficiency

Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of professional video editing experience, ideally within an agency or multi-client environment
- Demonstrated production experience, including independent shoot execution (not editing-only background)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve; working knowledge of After Effects
- Practical experience with a minimum of two to three AI-based video/audio production tools
- Working knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless camera systems, gimbals, and basic lighting and audio setups
- Solid understanding of visual storytelling and pacing, with the ability to adapt style across sectors
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Access to a personal vehicle for travel to shoot locations is preferred

Preferred Qualifications
- A portfolio demonstrating experience across multiple industries or client types
- Drone piloting experience or certification
- Working knowledge of Photoshop or Canva for supporting creative assets
- A combined portfolio/reel showcasing both production and editing capabilities
