1Role & responsibilities

1. End-to-End Video Editing & Post: Delivering high-quality brand/ad edits,

including narrative, audio mix, and color grading.
1. Shoot Planning & Execution: Acting as DOP/AD, preparing pre-production

docs, gear lists, and frame plans.
1. Creative Execution: Developing and executing creative concepts and

capturing high-quality footage with an artistic eye.
1. Motion Graphics & VFX: Creating compelling motion graphics to elevate

video content across social platforms (Reels, YT Shorts, etc.).
1. Equipment & Data Management: Maintaining video equipment and ensuring

SOP-compliant footage transfer and backups.

Preferred candidate profile

Proficient in video production and shooting, editing (Adobe Premiere/Final

Cut), motion graphics (After Effects), and color grading. Familiarity with AI tools (Runway, Midjourney) and 3D workflows.

Solid artistic vision,

Excellent communication, collaboration skills,

detail-oriented, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
