About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and reliable Freelance Videographer, Photographer & Video Editor to support our Digital Marketing team on a contract/project basis.

The role will involve planning, shooting, and editing high-quality visual content for social media, brand campaigns, corporate communication, product shoots, client projects, and other digital marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should have a strong creative eye, technical knowledge of photography and videography, good editing skills, and the ability to independently execute projects from shoot planning to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities• Plan and execute professional photo and video shoots for brands, products, people, events, and marketing campaigns.

- Handle end-to-end shooting requirements, including framing, composition, lighting, camera settings, and on-location execution.
- Create engaging short-form content such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, social media videos, promotional videos, and campaign content.
- Edit videos with strong pacing, transitions, music, sound design, subtitles, motion graphics, and basic color correction.
- Edit and retouch photographs for social media, websites, marketing materials, and campaigns.
- Understand campaign objectives and convert creative briefs into strong visual content.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing, Design,



and Content teams to deliver content according to campaign calendars and deadlines.
- Maintain organized project files, raw footage, photographs, edited assets, and source files.
- Ensure all final creatives meet the required formats, dimensions, quality standards, and brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with current visual trends, editing styles, social media formats, and digital content trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications• 1–5 years of relevant experience in videography, photography, and video editing.
- Strong understanding of camera operation, composition, lighting, framing, and visual storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with professional video and photo editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video formats.
- Ability to independently handle shoots and deliver polished final content.
- Strong creative sense with excellent attention to detail.
- Understanding of current social media and digital content trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet agreed timelines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred• Own camera, lenses, lighting, or other professional shooting equipment.
- Experience creating content for brands, businesses, agencies, or corporate clients.




- Knowledge of basic motion graphics, animation, sound design, and color grading.
- Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating both shooting and editing capabilities.
- Experience working on social media campaigns and performance-oriented content.

Engagement & Working Model• This is a Freelance / Contract-based opportunity and not a permanent full-time position.

- Assignments will be provided based on campaign, shoot, client, and content requirements.
- Availability should be versatile for scheduled shoots and mutually agreed project timelines.
- Commercial terms, project fees, deliverables, and scope will be mutually agreed upon before each assignment or contract period.
- Performance, quality, reliability, professionalism, and turnaround time will be considered for continued assignments.
