Video Editor

Reporting to: Sakshe A. Gupta, Founder

This isn't a "cut it and send it" role.

We shoot a lot. Product shots. Textures.

Founder videos. Creator content.

What's missing is the person who turns raw footage into videos people watch till the end,

and then want to buy.

That's you.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN The edit.

Reels, ads, product videos, founder stories.

From raw footage to final file.

The first 2 seconds.

You know that's where a video wins or loses.

You build the hook first.

The look.

Skin should look like skin.

Real. Soft. Glowing. Never fake.

You get Indian skin tones right,

and make every texture look good enough to touch.

The sound.

Music, voiceover, subtitles, timing.

You know one cut on the beat changes everything.

The pace.

Weekly videos for Instagram.

Ads for Meta. Videos for our website and Amazon.

On time. Every time.

The learning.

You check what worked. Views, watch time, saves.

Then you make the next one better.





WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

1–3 years of editing short videos.

Beauty, skincare, fashion or D2C brands is a big plus.

You're strong in Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci.

After Effects for simple motion is a bonus.

But more than tools, you have taste.

You know what makes a video feel premium.

Clean text. Calm cuts. No noise just for noise.

You watch reels like a student.

You know what's trending,

and what's not worth copying.

You take feedback well.

And you give it too.

If an idea won't work on screen, you say so.

You're organized.

Files named. Versions saved. Deadlines met.

Bonus: you can shoot good video on a phone too.
