Growpix is hiring a Videographer with agency experience to turn brand briefs into clean, aesthetic footage for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook videos, especially for lifestyle, beauty and wellness brands.

Location: The Hive - Adaptable Workspaces, VR Chennai, Anna Nagar, Chennai. In-person role with shoots at client locations.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month.

Openings: 3.

Hiring immediately. Target joining date: 1 October 2026.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Shoot vertical videos, product close-ups, interviews, talking-head content and engaging B-roll.
- Plan shot lists with our creative team based on scripts and brand moodboards.
- Set up cameras, lighting and microphones for clear visuals and sound.
- Guide people on camera with framing, movement and simple direction.
- Capture strong opening shots and enough visual variety for engaging edits.
- Organise and hand over labelled footage to our editors on time.
- Maintain consistent visual quality across client shoots.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR




- Previous videography experience in an agency setup.
- Confidence using DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting and audio equipment.
- Strong understanding of composition, exposure, white balance and camera movement.
- An eye for clean, minimal, premium visuals.
- Understanding of vertical video formats, social media trends and visual storytelling.
- Reliable communication and the ability to manage shoot schedules and deadlines.
