About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer to join our team and bring ideas to life through high-quality visual content. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for composition, lighting, movement, and storytelling, along with experience working on shoots for brands and social media.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and deliver high-quality video content for brands and social media platforms.
- Handle end-to-end video production, from understanding the brief to executing the shoot.
- Work closely with the Creative, Content, and Account Management teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment.
- Shoot a variety of content including Reels, product videos, lifestyle content, food & beverage shoots, events, and campaign content.
- Experiment with different camera techniques, angles, movements, and visual styles to create engaging content.
- Ensure proper framing, exposure, focus, lighting, and overall visual quality during shoots.
- Coordinate with models, clients, stylists, and other team members during productions.
- Manage and maintain camera and production equipment.
- Adapt to different shooting environments, locations, and production requirements.
- Stay updated with current video trends, formats, and social media content styles.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of professional experience as a Videographer, preferably in an advertising,



marketing, or creative agency.
- Solid knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Experience shooting content specifically for Instagram Reels and social media
- Good understanding of composition, lighting, framing, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with creative teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within timelines.
- Willingness to travel for shoots and work flexible hours when required.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your previous work is mandatory.

Good to Have
- Experience in F&B;, lifestyle, fashion, hospitality, nightlife, or consumer brands.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and colour grading.
- Experience with cinematic camera movements and different shooting styles.
- Familiarity with current social media trends and content formats.
