We are looking for a creative and passionate Sports Videographer & Video Editor to join our team and help showcase our sporting activities, athletes, events, and brand story through engaging visual content.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Videographer & Video Editor who can capture high-quality videos, create engaging reels, edit sports content, and support Astra4's digital media presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in sports, creativity in storytelling, and the ability to work in agile sporting environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Capture high-quality videos, photographs, and action shots during training sessions, sports events, competitions, and academy activities.
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, promotional videos, and social media content.
- Edit videos using professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Create creative and engaging short-form video content that reflects Astra4's brand identity.
- Manage video production from concept development to filming, editing, and final delivery.
- Cover sports activities at schools, colleges, academies, and events.
- Collaborate with the marketing and management team to develop content ideas and campaigns.
- Maintain an organized library of video footage, photos, and other digital assets.
- Stay updated with social media trends, video editing techniques, and creative content formats.




- Ensure timely delivery of assigned content and maintain consistent quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in videography, video editing, filmmaking, or content production.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- Knowledge of camera operation, lighting, framing, and audio recording.
- Ability to capture dynamic sports action and create visually engaging content.
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
- Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to schools, colleges, academies, and sports events as required.
- A portfolio of previous work is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Visual Communication, Media, Film Production, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sports videography, social media content creation, or digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of photography, motion graphics, and sound editing.
- Passion for sports and interest in sports media production.
