Job Summary

We are looking for a Videographer cum Video Editor with 24 years of hands-on experience in professional videography, video editing, motion graphics, 3D/CG content, VFX, DI, and colour grading. The candidate should be capable of independently handling shooting and post-production for podcasts, interviews, doctor videos, patient testimonials, Reels, promotional videos, educational content, and creative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot podcasts, interviews, doctor/expert videos, patient testimonials, Reels, promotional and educational content.
- Handle camera operation, framing, composition, lenses, camera movements, lighting, and audio.
- Set up and manage camera, lighting, and sound equipment for studio and location shoots.
- Plan shots based on creative concepts, scripts, and campaign requirements.
- Edit professional videos for Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and websites.
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and long-form content.
- Create motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, VFX, and CG-based content.
- Integrate 3D/CG elements with live-action footage.
- Perform colour correction, DI, and professional colour grading.
- Add music, sound effects, titles, subtitles, transitions, and visual effects.
- Handle complete workflow from shooting editing animation/VFX colour grading final delivery.
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to produce campaign-focused content.

Required Software Skills

Mandatory:

- Adobe Premiere Pro Video editing




- Adobe After Effects Motion graphics, animation, VFX & compositing
- Blender – 3D modelling, animation, lighting, rendering & CG
- Adobe Photoshop – Image editing & compositing
- Adobe Illustrator – Graphics & creative assets Added Advantage:
- DaVinci Resolve
- Cinema 4D
- AI Video / Creative Tools Required Skills
- 2–4 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
- Strong knowledge of camera operation, composition, framing, lighting, and audio.
- Experience shooting podcasts, interviews, talking-head videos, testimonials, Reels, and promotional content.
- Strong video editing and visual storytelling skills.
- Hands-on experience in Motion Graphics, 2D/3D Animation, VFX and CG.
- Strong DI, colour correction, and colour grading skills.
- Ability to integrate graphics, animation, and CG elements into live-action videos.
- Ability to independently handle shoots and post-production.
- Robust creative thinking and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience in Healthcare, Dermatology, Hair Transplant, Hair & Skin Clinics, Aesthetic or Medical brands will be an added advantage. Knowledge of cinematography, 3-point lighting, gimbal operation, VFX, and professional audio recording will be a plus. Portfolio / Showreel Portfolio/Showreel is mandatory and should demonstrate:
