About the RoleWe are looking for a Videographer & Video Editor who can bring ideas to life through strong visual storytelling, engaging video content, and trend-led edits.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across shooting, editing, visual direction, and post-production, with an understanding of what works for social media and digital brands.

What You'll Do

- Plan and execute video shoots for social media, campaigns, brands, and digital content.
- Shoot high-quality Reels, short-form videos, product videos, lifestyle content, and campaign content.
- Edit videos creatively while maintaining the brand's visual identity and tone.
- Create engaging edits using transitions, pacing, typography, music, sound effects, and other relevant elements.
- Work closely with the creative and social media team to understand content requirements and briefs.
- Adapt content into different formats suitable for Instagram and other digital platforms.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, editing styles, transitions, formats, and visual references.
- Work with moodboards and creative references to execute the desired visual direction.
- Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Organise and manage raw footage and final video assets efficiently.

Required Skills




- 3+ years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
- Strong understanding of short-form video and social media content.
- Good eye for composition, framing, lighting, movement, and visual storytelling.
- Strong sense of pacing and ability to create edits that hold attention.
- Ability to understand a creative brief and translate it into a strong visual output.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced agency environment with multiple brands/projects.
- Good understanding of current Instagram/Reels trends.
- Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.

Software RequirementsYou should be comfortable working with:
- CapCut
- DaVinci Resolve
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Lightroom

Work StructureThis is a hybrid role:

- 3 days from office
- 3 days from home
- Office location: Mumbai Suburbs
- Candidates should be comfortable travelling to the Mumbai suburban office location.

Who We're Looking ForSomeone who is creative, visually driven, trend-aware, and hands-on — a person who doesn't just edit footage but understands how to turn an idea into content that people want to watch. You should be comfortable taking ownership of a project from creative brief → shoot → edit → final output.
