Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer & Video Editor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality video content for social media, promotional campaigns, educational programs, events, and other institutional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and shoot high-quality videos for social media, promotional activities, courses, events, and institutional campaigns.

- basic knowledge about handling camera, lighting, audio, and other video-production equipment.

- Record interviews, testimonials, promotional videos, educational content, reels, and event coverage.

- Edit raw footage into engaging and professional videos suitable for different platforms.

- Create short-form content such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional clips.

- Add appropriate music, graphics, transitions, subtitles, voiceovers, and visual effects.

- Ensure videos follow the organization's branding and communication guidelines.

- Coordinate with the marketing, admission, academic, and other teams to understand content requirements.





- Develop creative concepts and suggest new video-content ideas based on current social media trends.

- Organize and maintain video footage, project files, and media assets.

- Ensure timely completion and delivery of assigned video projects.

- Repurpose existing video content into different formats for various digital platforms.

- Assist in photography and event coverage whenever required.

- Keep up to date with current video-editing techniques, social media trends, and content formats.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of professional video shooting and editing.

- Proficiency in video-editing software such as Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.

- Knowledge of camera operation, lighting, framing, composition, and audio recording.

Educational Qualification

- Degree/Diploma/Certification in Film Making, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Digital Media, Animation, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.

- Candidates with relevant practical experience and a strong portfolio may also be considered.
