Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Videographer cum Editor role based in Patna. The role involves planning, shooting, and editing video content that supports brand storytelling for a variety of clients.

Day-to-day tasks include operating cameras and lighting equipment, capturing high-quality footage, recording audio as needed, and organizing raw files for post-production. The Videographer cum Editor will edit videos, add basic graphics, sound, and transitions, and prepare deliverables for different platforms and formats. The role also includes collaborating with designers, writers,



and marketing team members to align video content with brand guidelines and project objectives, while meeting deadlines and maintaining consistent quality.

Qualifications

- Strong video production skills, including planning shoots, managing footage, and overseeing the full production-to-post-production process.
- Proficiency in camera operation and shooting video, with hands-on experience using professional or semi-professional camera systems.
- Working knowledge of lighting techniques for indoor and outdoor shoots, with the ability to set up and adjust lights for different scenarios.
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and basic sound editing.
- Ability to translate brand concepts into visual stories, with attention to composition, pacing, and narrative flow.
- Strong organizational skills, including file management, project tracking, and adherence to timelines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with creative and client-facing teams on-site.
- A portfolio demonstrating videography and editing work; formal education in film, media, design, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
