The founder generates more raw material in a week than gets used in a quarter. Site visits, deal conversations, arguments worked out in a car between two meetings, positions worth publishing that are never published because there is nobody to catch them.

This seat catches them and finishes them. Storyboards, decks, cuts and posts, built at the founder's tempo using AI production tooling, and handed to brand and communications as approved masters for their team to run. It exists because the raw material is perishable and the queue for it is long.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

– Turn a half-formed argument into a storyboard, a deck architecture and a sixty second cut, inside a day.

– Build and hold the deck system: master template, component library, chart styles, image rules and approved claim blocks, so that most decks become assembly rather than design.

– Produce social-first video and graphics using AI production tooling, to a standard that survives a board room and a feed equally.

– Run the founder's social presence day to day: calendar, drafts, formats, cuts and comment sweeps. Nothing publishes without brand approval.

– Brief and direct outside production for anything requiring a crew and a camera, and cut what comes back.

– Keep every claim inside the approved language. In this business a number in a caption is a regulated statement, and the approval line exists for that reason.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

– 2 to 4 years in content, brand, production, or a creative strategy seat.

– A reel and a deck you made yourself. Not a team credit and not an agency showreel.



You will link both in your application.

– Native in AI production tooling across image, video, deck and edit. Name what you actually use.

– Narrative judgment. Given a one-page argument you can say what the sequence should be and what gets cut. Most people in this pool start with the look. We are looking for the order.

– You can take a brief in a corridor and come back with something finished.

– Mumbai, on site, long days.

ADVANTAGEOUS

– Motion design, or editing to broadcast standard

– Depth in Figma, Canva or equivalent, and a real presentation tool

– Financial services, real estate or infrastructure content, where claims are governed

WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT

– It is not a brand-ownership seat. The brand belongs to the Chief Growth Officer and this seat works to that standard.

– It is not a performance-marketing seat. Paid media, CRM and lead systems sit elsewhere.

– It is not a film-production seat. Anything needing a crew is briefed out and directed, not shot here.

THE HOURS, SAID PLAINLY The founder works a 12 to 16 hour day. Not everyone wants that, and we do not pretend otherwise.



What we will not do is waste it. This seat carries a stated arc: roughly 24 months in the founder's office, then a seat in the business on performance.

We're building Vantrock over a decade, not a funding cycle. We're looking for people who treat technology as the default answer rather than a supplement, who want to be co-builders of the platform rather than employees executing instructions, and who are comfortable saying "I don't know" and "I was wrong." If you want a defined role with defined edges, this isn't the right seat. If you want to help build an institution from zero, it might be.

AI proficiency is a standing requirement in every seat at Vantrock. You use AI tools daily as force multipliers, and you judge their output rather than forwarding it. This is tested for every appointment through a supervised assessment. There are no exceptions by seniority.

Partner command is the second standing requirement. Vantrock runs on outsourced partners, so every person here must be able to scope, brief, hold to an SLA, score and commercially discipline a partner, and must know what should never be delegated.
