About the Role

Innospire Business Park is looking for an experienced and creative Video Production Trainer to train students in qualified video production, commercial photography, ad films, social media content, professional reels, and AI-powered video creation.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on industry experience and be able to guide students from concept development and scripting to shooting, editing, post-production, and final delivery through practical projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct practical, industry-oriented training sessions in Video Production and Photography.
- Train students in commercial photography, product photography, portrait photography, and creative photography.
- Teach students how to plan, shoot, and produce advertisements, ad films, promotional videos, corporate videos, and social media content.
- Train students in creating professional Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, short-form content, and branded content.
- Teach fundamentals of storytelling, scripting, storyboarding, shot composition, camera angles, lighting, and visual aesthetics.
- Provide practical training in camera operation, lenses, lighting equipment, audio recording, and production setup.
- Train students in video editing, color correction, color grading, sound design, transitions, motion graphics, and post-production.
- Provide hands-on training using professional editing and production software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools.
- Introduce students to AI-powered video generation,



AI editing, image-to-video, text-to-video, AI voiceovers, and other emerging AI video tools.
- Guide students through live projects, commercial shoots, ad-film projects, reels, and portfolio development.
- Mentor students throughout the production process and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop practical assignments and project-based learning modules.
- Stay updated with the latest video production techniques, social media trends, filmmaking technologies, cameras, editing software, and AI tools.
- Help students develop professional portfolios and industry-ready production skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of professional experience in Video Production, Filmmaking, Photography, Content Production, or a related field.
- Strong practical experience in commercial photography and video production.
- Experience creating advertisements, ad films, branded content, professional reels, and promotional videos.
- Solid understanding of camera operation, composition, lighting, audio, and cinematography.
- Proficiency in at least one professional video editing platform such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Working knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, or other creative tools is an advantage.




- Knowledge of AI video generation and AI-powered creative tools.
- Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Strong mentoring and student-handling skills.
- Passion for filmmaking, photography, content creation, and teaching.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with training institutes, colleges, academies, or students.
- Experience working on commercial advertisements, brand campaigns, corporate films, or social media campaigns.
- Experience handling professional cameras, lighting equipment, microphones, and production setups.
- A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous work.
- Experience with AI creative tools and emerging video-production technologies.
- Candidates with experience in both production and post-production will be preferred.
