Role Description The Videographer and Video Editor role at Pacific House is a full-time, on-site position based in Kalyan. This role involves planning and executing video shoots, including setting up cameras, lighting, and sound equipment, and capturing high-quality footage that aligns with project objectives.

The professional will edit raw video, add motion graphics, sound effects, and music, and ensure final videos meet brand guidelines and client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with the creative and marketing teams, organizing and maintaining video assets, managing file backups, and delivering videos on schedule across digital platforms.



The role also includes contributing creative ideas, staying current with video trends and tools, and continuously improving visual storytelling quality.

Qualifications

- Strong videography skills, including camera operation, lighting setup, and audio capture.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Experience with motion graphics and basic visual effects using tools such as After Effects.
- Ability to plan storyboards, shot lists, and visual concepts for diverse video projects.
- Knowledge of digital formats, codecs, and best practices for exporting and publishing video content.
- Attention to detail, with strong visual composition, color grading, and timing sense.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in office.
- Prior experience in a creative, media, or marketing environment; portfolio or showreel required.
- Relevant education in Film, Media, Visual Communication, or related field is preferred.
