About the Role:

We are looking for a Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist with strong expertise in video editing, motion design and AI-powered content creation. The candidate should be able to create engaging YouTube videos, Shorts, Reels and branded content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit short-form and long-form content including YouTube videos, Reels, Shorts, interviews and campaigns.
- Create strong hooks, storytelling, pacing, B-roll, captions, sound design and motion graphics.
- Create kinetic typography, animated explainers, transitions and branded graphics using After Effects.
- Repurpose long-form content into 9:16, 16:9 and social formats.
- Handle colour correction, audio cleanup, subtitles and final exports.
- Analyse watch time, retention, engagement and YouTube CTR to improve future content.
- Collaborate on concepts, scripts, storyboards, thumbnails and creative testing.

Required Skills :

- 4 - 6 years of professional video editing and motion graphics experience.
- Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro,



After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong knowledge of motion design, typography, composition, sound design, compositing and tracking.
- Robust storytelling and ability to manage projects independently.

AI Skills :

- Hands-on experience using AI in finished video projects.
- Experience with Google Flow/Veo, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Seedance, Wan or similar tools.
- Strong AI prompting for visuals, camera movement, lighting and consistency.
- Experience combining AI-generated assets with footage and motion graphics.
- AI experience in storyboarding, content ideation, captions, footage search, dialogue cleanup or voiceovers.

Portfolio: Share 4 - 6 relevant samples including a Reel/Short, long-form YouTube video, motion graphics project and at least one AI-powered project.
